Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams is one of the 100 best players in the NFL, according to a poll put together by NFL Network.
Specifically, he is considered the 32nd-best player in the NFL, one spot ahead of San Francisco pass rusher Aldon Smith, and one behind two-time Super Bowl winning quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of Pittsburgh.
Eric Wood, Manny Lawson, and Jairus Byrd all appear in the video announcement to extoll Williams' virtues, as do three AFC East linemen that have seen plenty of Williams over the years in Nate Solder, Nick Mangold, and Mike Pouncey. The praise for Williams is effusive, save for recalling one key play from the 2013 season.
Williams is coming off of his best season as a pro, finishing the 2013 season with a career high 10.5 sacks. The three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle is the third Bills player to appear on NFLN's Top 100 players list this offseason, joining fellow defensive tackle Marcell Dareus (No. 62) and second-year linebacker Kiko Alonso (No. 84).
