Earlier this week, the Buffalo Bills hosted free agent quarterback Josh McCown for a visit. Released last week by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, McCown, who is likely to be a hot commodity on the backup quarterback market, made Buffalo his first pit stop in his free agent tour.
That tour continues today with the Chicago Bears, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport - and even more interesting is the fact that the Bills are, apparently, one of a whopping eight teams interested in McCown's services.

The Bills are, at minimum, looking to find veteran competition for EJ Manuel relating to the team's starting quarterback job this summer. McCown's early release gave the Bills an opportunity to meet with a candidate early, and it's likely that they'll speak with more free agent quarterbacks when the 2015 league year begins in March.
