Bills vs. Jets, 2014 NFL Week 8: Marquise Goodwin, Ty Powell longshots to play

In addition to Fred Jackson, it's looking very likely that the Buffalo Bills won't have the services of Marquise Goodwin or Ty Powell for Sunday's road game against the Jets.

The Buffalo Bills' official Week 8 injury report will come out on Friday afternoon, but it's looking like the team will be without the services of three players on their 53-man roster.

We already know that veteran running back Fred Jackson, nursing a groin injury, won't play. He has been joined on the sidelines by two more players over the last two days: wide receiver Marquise Goodwin, who is nursing a tweaked hamstring, and linebacker Ty Powell, who missed last week's win over Minnesota with an ankle injury.

Unless Goodwin and Powell can make it onto the practice field on Friday, the Bills are probably planning on being without both on Sunday against the New York Jets.

Aaron Williams (neck) and Marcus Easley (knee) are two more players to keep an eye on tomorrow, as well. Both have been limited practice participants through Wednesday and Thursday. With limited players behind him at safety, the Bills could really use Williams on the field on Sunday; likewise, Easley's potential return could mitigate a slew of forthcoming changes to Danny Crossman's special teams coverage units.

Here is not only the Bills' practice report from the last two days, but the Jets' as well, courtesy of the Bills' media team.
