The Buffalo Bills announced on Thursday that this Sunday's home game against the New England Patriots is officially sold out. They then included this tempting little nugget in the release:
The Bills encourage fans to get to their seats by 12:40 p.m. for a special pregame ceremony. Gates open at 11:30 a.m., 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Terry Pegula and his wife, Kim, were unanimously approved as the Bills' new owners on Wednesday. The legalities of the transaction are expected to be wrapped up on Thursday or Friday, so it is widely anticipated that the Pegulas will be on the field prior to Sunday's game, which will be their first as Bills owners.
Also of note: Buffalo native and Goo Goo Dolls front man Johnny Rzeznik will sing the national anthem prior to the game.
As a reminder, if you're among the fans not attending the game in person this weekend, make sure you're tuning in to FOX, not CBS, to find the Bills-Pats game.
