Bills vs. Browns inactives, 2014 NFL Week 13: Mike Williams scratched

Mike Williams is back on the bench as Marquise Goodwin returns to the lineup.

Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

For a second straight week, the Buffalo Bills have opted to keep a healthy Frank Summers in street clothes and sidelined for a regular season game. Summers and Mike Williams headline the inactives for the game against the Cleveland Browns.

  • FB Frank Summers (healthy scratch)
  • WR Mike Williams (healthy scratch)
  • TE Chris Gragg (knee)
  • OT Cyrus Kouandjio (healthy scratch)
  • DE Jarius Wynn (knee)
  • LB Randell Johnson (healthy scratch)
  • Bacarri Rambo (hamstring)

Goodwin is back in the lineup while veteran Mike Williams is inactive once again. With Goodwin active, it's unclear who will handle kickoffs, but we'd expect newly signed Marcus Thigpen to take on that role to keep Goodwin healthy.

Gragg, Wynn, and Rambo are the only injured players on the list. Buffalo will continue to play just three defensive ends in Wynn's absence, while Rambo's departure opens up a meaningful special teams role that he held in his Bills debut last week. Gragg's absence limits the three-tight end packages the Bills like to run, but MarQueis Gray has been around long enough for them to conceivably keep it in the gameplan.

The game kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET from Ralph Wilson Stadium. We will, of course, have full coverage throughout the day. Go Bills!
