The Buffalo Bills received some much-needed help on Sunday with losses from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins, but couldn't capitalize with a win of their own. Instead of sitting pretty in the AFC playoff race, they now face a steep climb. Most notably, they no longer control their own playoff destiny in the wild card or divisional races and must rely on outside help.
Here is the complete AFC playoff picture. Buffalo has the tiebreaker over the Dolphins, but lost to the San Diego Chargers.
