The Buffalo Bills made a series of roster moves on Thursday that will ensure that four young players will be with the team for the 2014 season.

Three pending exclusive rights free agents were all tendered offers: fullback Frank Summers, wide receiver Chris Hogan and guard Antoine McClain. A fourth pending exclusive rights free agent, cornerback Brandon Smith, was re-signed to an undisclosed deal.

Summers and Hogan are the biggest names of the bunch. Hogan was a special teams contributor in 2013, and also played fairly well as a receiver when asked to fill in for injured starters. Summers was an efficient runner and receiver when called upon, playing roughly one-fifth of the team's offensive snaps and also contributing on special teams.

McClain was added to the active roster during the season, but never dressed for a game, falling behind J.J. 'Unga on the project guard front. Smith, a talented athlete that has been trying to make the cut as a defensive back, was also on the Bills' active roster last season, but spent most of the year on the inactive list.
