After both players missed practice on Thursday, Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan told reporters assembled in London that quarterback Tyrod Taylor and wide receiver Sammy Watkins will not play in Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Taylor, who also missed last week's loss to Cincinnati, is dealing with a knee injury that flared up on him this week. EJ Manuel will make his second straight start in Taylor's place.
Rex Ryan says Tyrod Taylor had soreness in knee after Wednesday's practice. Doctors want to give it more time to heal.

Watkins, meanwhile, is dealing with an ankle sprain that he suffered while scoring a touchdown during the second quarter of last Sunday's home loss. He was not present for practice on Wednesday, and while he was spotted on Thursday, he was in street clothes watching from the sidelines with a wrap on his ankle.
Taylor and Watkins join running back Karlos Williams, wide receiver Percy Harvin, right tackle Seantrel Henderson, and defensive lineman Kyle Williams as Bills starters that will not be suiting up against Jacksonville. None of those latter four even made the trip to London, and there are reports surfacing that Harvin is considering retirement.
