For several weeks, buttressed by pseudo-reports from the likes of Jason La Canfora, the Buffalo Bills had been linked to former San Francisco 49ers guard Mike Iupati in free agency. The reason: Iupati had played four of his five pro seasons for new Bills offensive coordinator Greg Roman.
Whether or not the Bills were actually interested in pursuing Iupati and his rich price tag is now irrelevant, however, because ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Iupati will be signing with the Arizona Cardinals.
